These terms cover buying from tcdnb.com. The shop is run by TC (Tom) through TMC Music Limited (company number 08795461, registered in England and Wales), registered office: Park House, 10 Park Street, Bristol BS1 5HX. Contact: dontplayrecords@gmail.com.

Digital downloads (dubs, packs, stems)

After payment you get download links by email, and your purchases stay in your account so you can download them again.
Dubs are licensed to you for DJ use: you can play them in clubs, on streams and on radio. You can't share, resell, upload or release them.
Stems are for making remixes and VIPs. Contact us before releasing anything made from them.
Downloads are delivered straight away. At checkout you tick a box asking for your download immediately and confirming that you lose your 14-day right to cancel once it starts, and your order email confirms this. If a file is faulty or won't download, email us and we'll put it right or refund you.

Limited editions

Packs marked as limited are capped at the stated number of copies, counting copies sold on our previous shop. Once a limited pack sells out it won't be sold again.

Merch

Merch is printed to order by our print partner and shipped to the address you give at checkout. Delivery times shown are estimates.
You have 14 days from delivery to tell us you want to cancel an order. Because items are printed to order, we can't accept returns for change of mind on correctly made items unless the law requires it — but if something arrives damaged, faulty or wrong, email us with a photo and we'll replace it or refund you.

Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling and include delivery where stated. Payments are processed by Stripe; you can pay by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal.

Everything else

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
